Webster & Partners, P.L. administrative law division offers sophisticated and knowledgeable representation to businesses, organizations, professional associations and individuals from all industries including health care, real estate, construction, etc. We represent individuals in professional licensure and disciplinary proceedings before Florida's state agencies and boards such as the Agency for Health Care Administration, Florida Department of Health, Department of Children and Families, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the health care regulatory boards such as the Boards of Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Osteopathic Medicine, and Chiropractic and the Florida Real Estate Commission. Additionally, our firm represents Florida's teachers before the Educations Practices Commission and real estate agents before the Florida Real Estate Commission.

Set forth below is a brief description of the major areas of our administrative and regulatory experience:

LICENSURE AND DISCIPLINARY MATTERS - We have vast experience of representing professional licensees in investigations by Florida's governmental agencies. We have experience before the various regulatory boards and hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. We have represented clients in investigations and disciplinary proceedings concerning violation of professional practice acts, pharmacy laws, Medicaid investigations and the Florida Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

RULE MAKING AND RULE CHALLENGES - Our firm has hands on experience in the rule making process from the drafting of rules, dealing with the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee of the Florida legislature, petitions for rule making pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, and rule challenges to existing state agency and board rules. As former government attorneys, we have experience in defending such organization as the Florida Boards, the Department of Corrections, the Florida Commission on Human Relations and Florida State University.

DECLARATORY STATEMENTS - Our firm has experience in the preparation of seeking declaratory statements before the various state regulatory boards on behalf of licensees to determine the legality of an individuals or organizations proposed business arrangements. We have the knowledge and experience to present matters before the professional boards and agencies.
