DAVID A. WEBSTER
David A. Webster practices transactional, tax,
business and corporate law. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a
specialist in Taxation, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the
pre-eminent lawyer referral source.
Mr. Webster has headed the tax and business
departments of the Orlando office of a major national law firm, served as
the General Counsel and Senior vice President of the preeminent health care
information publishing company in the United States, taught international
tax as an adjunct professor at the university level, and has been a
frequent author and speaker for numerous professional and business
publications and organizations.
Mr. Webster has acted as lead negotiator on behalf of
clients for numerous business transactions, domestically as well as
internationally, assisting in defining the business deal as well as
negotiating and drafting the involved legal documents. As well as the
United States, Mr. Webster's experience includes transactions in England,
Switzerland, Luxembourg, Republic of South Africa, Germany, Zimbabwe,
Australia, Channel Islands and several other countries.
As a current owner of a manufacturing business, and
as a former CEO of other operating companies, Mr. Webster has achieved a
business perspective regarding the role and benefits of a lawyer, which he
